How we score: the 17 dimensions, in the open

Most audit tools hide their scoring. We publish ours, because a score you can't interrogate is a score you can't trust. Every dimension below lists what we check and why it matters. Scores run 0 to 100; weights per check are shown in your report. 70+ is strong, 50 to 69 is OK, 30 to 49 needs work, below 30 is critical. Two dimensions (marked) are reserved and not yet scored; we don't fake numbers. The analysis and fix engine is powered by frontier models — Gemini, GPT and Claude.

D1 · Technical Health

Is your site technically sound?

HTTPS and SSL validity, redirects, response codes, security headers, and Core Web Vitals via Google PageSpeed Insights. Broken foundations cap every other score.

D2 · SEO On-Page

Can search engines understand your pages?

Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, canonicals, Open Graph and structured data, checked page by page.

D3 · AEO / GEO Readiness

Can an AI engine lift an answer from your pages?

Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimization signals: question-shaped headings, extractable passages, FAQ and HowTo schema, entity clarity. This is what decides whether an AI quotes you or a competitor.

D4 · Content Quality

Is your content worth citing?

Readability, depth, thin and duplicate pages, and the content gaps between you and competitors.

Can AI bots even read your site?

robots.txt rules, meta directives, headers and bot-protection behavior for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and CCBot. A blocked crawler is an invisible business.

Do you show up where you physically are?

NAP consistency, LocalBusiness schema, location pages, local signals.

D7 · Social PresenceReserved, not yet scored

Listed for transparency; it will score social profile presence and consistency when it ships.

D8 · Google Business

Is your Google Business Profile pulling its weight?

Completeness, categories, attributes, photos and review signals via the Places API.

D9 · Reviews & Reputation

Do your reviews build trust or erode it?

Volume, recency, rating spread and response rate. AI engines read reviews too.

Where do you stand against the competition?

SERP presence, keyword overlap and backlink comparison against competitors you choose.

D11 · Email & Newsletter

Are you capturing the visitors you earn?

Signup form presence and capture mechanics.

D12 · Visual & UXReserved, not yet scored

Listed for transparency; it will score visual design and UX quality when it ships.

D13 · Internal Linking

Does authority flow through your site?

Link graph coverage, orphan pages, anchor diversity.

D14 · Security Headers

Are you protecting visitors (and rankings)?

CSP, HSTS, Permissions-Policy, Referrer-Policy.

D15 · Analytics & Tracking

Can you even measure what's working?

GA4, GTM and pixel detection and configuration checks.

Does AI actually cite you today?

Live queries through Gemini, GPT (ChatGPT) and Claude with real customer-style questions. Verdict plus evidence plus who got cited instead. Perplexity, Grok and DeepSeek are coming soon.

D17 · Growth Opportunity

What should you do first?

An aggregated opportunity score that ranks your biggest wins across all dimensions, so the fix queue starts with what matters.
