What happens when you reprice?
Existing customers keep their current price for 12 months from the change. You will never be silently moved to a higher plan.
What counts as an audit?
One full 17-dimension run on one business (two dimensions, Social Presence and Visual & UX, are reserved and not yet scored). Re-runs count; failed runs don't.
Do you charge overages?
No silent overage bills, ever. You hit a limit, we tell you, you decide.
Can I cancel anytime?
