Is the AI Citation Score the same as checking my Google ranking?
No. Ranking measures where you show up in a results list. The AI Citation Score measures whether an AI engine cites you directly inside its answer, a different and newer signal traditional rank tracking doesn't cover.
What happens after I get a low citation score?
The audit that produced it also produces the fix. Findings from your AI Citation Score link straight to the fix generators that address them, the same as every other dimension.
