Small team. Working product. Public roadmap.
Right now, that small team is one person. Everything on this site, someone actually built and runs.
2026
One founder, one product, built in the open.
Ritam Labs started with one observation: businesses were losing customers to AI answers they never knew existed, and the tools that noticed cost more than the businesses could pay.
The product runs the same audit across all 17 dimensions (two, Social Presence and Visual & UX, are reserved and not yet scored), technical health, SEO, AI crawler access, and the AI Citation Score, and publishes the exact scoring methodology so nobody has to take our word for it.
How it actually works, from audit to fix to proof, is documented step by step, not hidden behind a sales call.
Ritam (ऋतम्) is Sanskrit for the natural order that keeps things true; we try to build software the same way: honest scores, honest limits, honest prices.
TODO(verify-before-publish): confirm this is the founder's intended meaning of “Ritam” before this goes live.

When you email support, the person who wrote the code answers.
What we won't tell you.
No page-one promises
We will not promise page-one rankings. Nobody can guarantee that, and we won't pretend otherwise.
No vaporware
We will not sell you features that don't exist yet. The roadmap is public, and anything not shipped says so.
Nothing publishes without you
We will not let AI publish anything to your site without your approval.
Honest about limits
When a fix is out of our hands, the report says so instead of hiding it.
Slow trust over fast churn
We would rather earn a customer slowly than lose one fast.
