White-label reports & client portals
Your logo, your colors, your domain on every report and portal. Agencies deliver the AI visibility answer under their own brand.
How do white-label reports and client portals work?
Every report carries your brand, not ours
Your logo, your colors, and your own domain on every PDF report your clients see. Ritam Labs branding stays out of anything you hand to a client.
Clients get their own portal
Each client gets a portal showing their audit history, current scores and open findings, under your brand, not a generic dashboard shared across every agency using the platform.
Built from the same scoring every audit uses
White-labeling changes how a report looks, not what it measures. Every score behind a branded report comes from the same public 15-dimension methodology every audit runs on.
What do you get with white-label reports?
- Branded PDF reports with your logo, colors and domain
- A client portal per client, under your brand
- The same 15-dimension scoring every audit uses underneath, unchanged
- Multi-client management and bulk audits across your book of business
- Role-based team access for your staff
- Never contacts your clients directly; reports and portals stay yours to deliver
Which plans include white-label reports?

Do my clients ever see the Ritam Labs brand?
No. Reports and portals on the Agency plan carry your logo, colors and domain. Ritam Labs branding doesn't appear anywhere your client sees.
Is white-labeling available on the Pro or Max plans?
No, white-label branding and client portals are an Agency-plan feature. Pro and Max include PDF reports, just not under your own brand. See the full plan breakdown on pricing.
Does white-labeling change what gets scored?
No. It changes how a report looks, not what it measures. Every branded report is built from the same public 17-dimension methodology every audit runs on (two dimensions, Social Presence and Visual & UX, are reserved and not yet scored).
